Healthy lifestyles
In our team, we try to have healthy habits, eating a
lot of fruit and vegetables like apples, avocados and seafood like prawns and
tuna; we know we need exercise so we practice different sports, for example
Jose plays football, Caro plays volleyball, Mariel, Fernanda and Dulce go running
in the evenings.
The girls that run would like do more exercise and
healthy activities but they don’t have a lot of time to do it, sometimes they
prefer to eat healthy and balanced to take care of them.

Grandparents lifestyle
Our
grandparents in general ate a lot of fruit, vegetables and dairy products for
example chard or tomatoes and they drank pure milk. They didn’t have
distractions like phones, wi-fi, facebook or videogames. Also, they played with
their friends on the street and helped our great grandparents with crops, in
the house or selling farm products, they didn’t get sick easily because in the
past there was no pollution, specially caused by trash, like now; they weren't
fat because they walked so much, they ate natural food without toxic
fertilizers.
Nowaday
we have a lot of gadgets which make us lazier than other generations, the food
is very different, now we have burgers, diet coke, pizza, hot dogs, fried
potatoes, etc. If we want to cook in our houses we usually buy processed food
on the super market with a lot of conservatives.
Definitely,
our grandparents lifestyle is too different and better.
